Shipping policy

Printed books, clothing, and accessories are prepared with care. Processing time is normally 5–10 business days before shipment. Made-to-order clothing may require up to 14 business days.

  • Available shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are shown during Square checkout.
  • Tracking is provided by email when available.
  • Elani & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or an incorrect address entered at checkout.
  • If a package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with the order number and clear photos.

Return and refund policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. Eligible physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery when unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Digital downloads, personalized items, and final-sale products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected.
  • Contact us before mailing a return so we can provide instructions.

Digital-download policy

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not include a physical item unless “Printed Copy” is selected at checkout.

  • Downloads are for personal and household use only.
  • Files may be printed for the purchaser’s household but may not be resold, shared, uploaded, or redistributed.
  • Because digital files are available immediately, all digital sales are final.
  • If a file is missing, damaged, or will not open, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and include the order number.

Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to process orders, provide customer support, and send updates when a visitor chooses to join our mailing list.

  • Order information may include a name, email address, shipping address, and purchase details.
  • Payments are processed securely by Square; Elani & Co. does not receive or store complete card numbers.
  • We do not sell personal information.
  • Information may be shared with trusted service providers only when necessary to fulfill an order, operate the website, or comply with the law.
  • A parent or guardian should make purchases and submit information for a child.

You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we control.
